Rental

Rent is AU$6,500 per month for the obligatory minimum 2 months (after that $1400pw or $6,000 for the full month) and includes all linen, electricity, gas, and the use of the electrical golf cart. An as new (less than 2 years old) Ford G6 is occasionally available and then can be included in the rental package: 2 months minimum $7,200 per month, after that per week $1,600 or $7,000 for a full month. Clubhouse, range and first tee are all within walking distance.

Security bond

A bond of $4000 will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability 2012 - 2013

The villa is available from late September to 29 November 2012, and has been booked for the months of December and January 2013. Tentatively booked for June-July-August 2013 if not sold by then. Please enquire for any other period of minimum 2 months.
