Villa 526 is situated on The Ridge at the green of the 7th hole with a stunning wide outlook over golf course, lagoons and Lake Weyba.
single level villa is built around a heated pool on the north side with terraces on 2 sides. All living areas have folding doors opening to all terraces on the spectacular views side as well as to the pool.
The furniture is light and modern with leather couches and glass topped tables. The open kitchen overlooks the breakfast cq TV/family room on one side and has an open counter towards the pool side terrace, from where coffee from your own espresso machine could be served; a perfect spot to read the morning paper after breakfast. Two very comfortable sun lounge chairs on the terrace overlooking the green makes for a perfect pre-dinner drink, or just curl-up with a book on a hot day and catch the breeze. Informal dining and lounge room also feature a large LCD TV. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy. It also includes all bed linen, towels. The rent excludes gas, electricity and phone calls. Broadband is available and will be upgraded to unlimited access if so required. Rent for 2 months minimum is AU$6,500 per month and includes dual golf membership, use of golf cart and car (including car insurance, excess $400 per claim). For 3 months or longer the rent is AU$5,800 per month. These figures are based on the use of the 2 guest bedrooms only. For an additional fee of $1000 per week, the master suite will be made available as well.
A bond, equivalent to 3 weeks rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
The villa is fully booked for 2010. In 2011 March and April are still available at this stage.
