Rental
The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy. It also includes all bed linen, towels. The rent includes gas, electricity (excess use will be charged) and local phone calls. Rent: AU$5000 per month for the minimum 2 months. Additional months $4,750, or $1100pw.
Security bond
A bond, equivalent to approx. 3 weeks ($3,450) rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
Deposit
- 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
- 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
- non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
Availability for 2010
The villa has been booked from mid June to mid August. The villa may still be available from September to end December.
