This villa has a lovely country feel with lots of atmosphere. The villa has reverse cycle ducted airconditioning throughout, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms.
The roaming lounge, dining and study rooms surround the centrally located kitchen, which has a fridge/freezer with icemaker. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
Rental
The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy. It also includes all bed linen, towels. The rent includes gas, electricity (excess use will be charged) and local phone calls. Rent: AU$5,400 per month for the minimum 2 months. Additional months $5,000, or $1150pw if not a full month.
Security bond
A rental bond of $3,000 rent will have to be lodged upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
Deposit of $2500 to be paid on confirmation of booking
- 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
- 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
- non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
Availability for 2013
The villa has been booked until late February and then again from early June to end August 2013. Please enquire regarding any other period of 2 months minimum.
