Rental

Rent for the minimum period of 2 months AU$5,200 per month (and after the 2 months $1200pw if not a full month), for 3 months and longer $4,800 per month (part of month after $1150pw). The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy, as well as the use of the car (comprehensive insurance included) that comes with the house. It also includes all bed linen, towels, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen.

The rent excludes gas, electricity and phone. The tenant will need to connect these facilities upon moving in.

Deposit

• 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
• 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
• non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates

The villa won't be available until November 2009.
