Rental
Rent for the minimum period of 2 months AU$5,500 per month (and after the 2 months $1250pw if not a full month), for 3 months and longer $5,200 per month (or $1200pw if not full month). The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy, as well as the use of the car (comprehensive insurance included) that comes with the house. It also includes all bed linen, towels, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen.
The rent includes gas, electricity and local phone calls. Broadband is available as well.
Security bond
A bond, equivalent to 3-4 weeks (depending on the length of your stay) rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
Deposit
- 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
- 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
- non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
Availability
The villa will be available from mid November 2010 to March 2011.
