Rental

Rent for 2 months is AU$6,750pm (after that $1500pw if not a full month). Rent for 3 months or longer will $6,000pm and then $1400pw if not a full month.
Security bond
A bond, equivalent to approx. 3 weeks($4000) rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
Availability
The villa is available now until early January 2012, and then again from late April to late June 2012.

- 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
- 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
- non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
