Rental

The rent also includes all bedlinen, towels, gas and electricity (excessive use will be charged extra), and the use of the electrical golf cart.

Security bond

A bond of $4050 (equivalent to approx 3 weeks rent)will have to be paid on arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability in 2012

The villa will be only available from from early April to end June 2012 and is fully booked until March 2013.
