Rental

The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) and a 4 person electrical golf cart for the duration of the tenancy. It also includes all bed linen, towels, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen. Rent also includes gas, electricity and local phone calls. Rent for 2 months including full dual golf club membership is AU$6,500per month (then rental per week $1500).

Availability

The villa is fully booked for 2008. The first available 2 months period will be from 21 January 2009.

Deposit

• 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
• 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
• non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
