Rental

The rent includes one full membership for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months)and is $6,000 per month. It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, local phone calls, fortnightly clean, the use of the car (4 year old Nissan X-trail) and electrical golf cart.

Security bond

A bond of $4000 (equivalent to approx 3 weeks rent)will have to be paid on arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability for 2012-13

The villa will not be available until 2014!

  • 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
