Rental

The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months). It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and the use of the electrical golf cart. Rent for the minimum 2 months is AU$12,500, including the use of the electrical golf cart. Any additonal consecutive month will be $5,500 per month, or $1,300 for each additional week.

Security bond

A bond (minimum $3500) will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability for 2010

The property is fully booked until mid/late October and will then only be available to mid/late December 2010.
