Any additonal consecutive month will be $5,500 per month, or $1,300 for each additional week.
A bond (minimum $3500) will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
The property is fully booked until mid/late October and will then only be available to mid/late December 2010.
