Membership offers a 10% members' discount in proshop and restaurant. Member's guests will be able to play for a reduced fee. Clubhouse, range and first tee are all within walking distance. Rent also includes gas, electricity and local phone calls, as well as the use of the electrical golf cart.

Security bond

A bond, equivalent to 3 ($3600) weeks rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

  • 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
  • 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
  • non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
