Rental

Rent also includes gas, electricity and local phone calls, as well as the use of the electrical golf cart.

The villa is fully booked to mid January 2011.

Security bond

A bond, equivalent to 3 ($3600) weeks rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

$3000 at the time of booking

• 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
• 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
• non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
