If rented longer than 3 months the rent will be $5,850 per month. This villa offers full dual golf membership, entitling the occupants to the full member's discounts (10% at proshop and restaurant)and as much golf as you can get tee-times for. The membership also includes the use of the well-equipped gym at the Noosa Springs Spa and use of heated pool. The rent also includes gas, electricity(excess use will be charged extra), local phone calls, use of electrical golf cart and car (BMW 500 series: excess per claim $450.

Security bond

A bond, approximately equivalent to 3 weeks ($4000) rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property and paying outstanding expenses.

Deposit

$3000 at the time of booking

• 100% refundable (less 10% administration costs) up to 3 months before start of tenancy
• 50% refundable up to 2 months before start of tenancy
• non-refundable when cancelled less than 2 months before tenancy starts, unless a suitable replacement tenant for the same period eventuates
