The furniture is classy and comfortable. The outside terraces features 2 sun lounges, 2 outdoor tables with 4 chairs each, and 2 Weber bbq's, one coal, 1 gas. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

Rental

The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months). It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and the use of the electrical golf cart. Rent for the minimum 2 months is AU$9,000, including a car (Mitsubishi Magna). Any additonal months will be $4000 per month, or $950 per week if not a full month.

Security bond

A bond, equivalent to 3 weeks rent ($2850) will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority)and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.

Availability for 2010

The villa is booked until mid October.
