The 2 storey townhouse is well maintained with the main bedroom with King bed, walk in wardrobe and bathroom ensuite (separate 2-way toilet doubles as guest powder room). A good size LCD TV in the lounge room, and a smaller one in the master bedroom completes the picture. The villa is tastefully furnished and the couches are comfortable. The outside terraces features 2 sun lounges, 2 outdoor tables with 4 chairs each, and 2 Weber bbq's, one coal, 1 gas. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.
The rent includes full dual membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months). It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and the use of the electrical golf cart. Rent for the minimum 2 months is AU$9,500. At this stage there is a car (Mitsubishi Magna)that can be used without extra charge. Any additonal months will be $4225 per month, or $975 per week if not a full month.
A bond, equivalent to 3 weeks rent ($3150) will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority)and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
The villa is fully booked until 1 September and will be available October-November 2013.
