The rent includes 1 full membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months)as well as the use of electrical golf cart. Rent is AU$ 5,000 per month (minimum 2 months), including a car (Holden Stationwagon), gas, electricity (access will be charged extra)and local phone calls. For additional weeks the rent will be $1100. If rented for 3 months or longer the monthly rent is $4,750 per month.
A bond, equivalent to 3 weeks (or ($3300) rent will have to be paid upon arrival. This amount will be held in Trust by the RTA (Residential Tenancies Authority) and will be refunded at the end of the tenancy, after inspection of the property.
The villa is available from mid September to mid December 2013.
