Another double (King bed or when separated 2 single beds) bedroom with separate guest powder room and shower closeby is also situated downstairs. Upstairs is a spacious guest room with wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped. A good size LCD TV in the lounge room, and a smaller one in the master bedroom completes the picture. The residence has reverse cycle air-conditioning units in living/dining areas, master bedroom and main guestroom. Ceiling fans throughout.

Features

The furniture is classy and comfortable, and the walls are decorated with beautiful works of art. The large garden and terrace faces north with comfortable outdoor furniture and bbq. The laundry contains washing machine, clothes dryer, ironing board and iron.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality crockery, cutlery and pans(scanpans).

Rental

The rent includes 1 full membership (no green fees) for the duration of the tenancy (minimum 2 months). It also includes all bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and the use of the electrical golf cart. Rent is AU$ 4,750 per month ( minimum 2 months), including a car (Holden Stationwagon). Additional months the rent will be $4300 per month, or $1000 per week if not a full month.
